Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Supporting the preparation of international design shows (such as Salone del Mobile)
  • Handling media requests on a daily basis, including furniture information, photography requests and furniture lending process
  • In collaboration with the team, manage the sales tools inventory
  • Collecting different internal and external information including project info and project photography
  • Supporting the social media campaign
  • Supporting the organization of photography and implementation of new photo library software
  • Supporting the coordination of photoshoots and video shoots
  • Updating the database
  • Conducting various research

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in related field
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
  • French and/or Japanese skills is a plus
  • Mastery of the Microsoft suite + Keynote
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
  • Ability to think for themselves with a problem solving attitude

Digital Marketing Manager or Executive

Job Description:

  • Responsible for executing all digital activity including: 

    o    Social media
    o    Newsletters
    o    Website updates
    o    Architonic, Archiproducts, and other similar platforms
    o    The Window, and other similar platforms
    o    Internal news update 

  • Execute and help create the digital strategy
  • In charge of Content Calendar (6 month ahead), using all future planned activities such as design shows, showroom openings, projects completion, and all other relevant news
  • Research top influencers and social media trends that could be relevant to our digital strategy. Monitor our industry’s digital presence to identify opportunities
  • Monitor, analyze and report social media activity and data to feedback recommendations
  • Be familiar with all company content (photography, collections, materials, copywriting, etc) to leverage, develop and source the content. Propose and organize constant photography feed
  • Perpetuating the brand image and DNA through the content

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of digital marketing
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent or native in English
  • French and/or Japanese skills is a plus
  • Mastery of the Microsoft suite and Keynote

Website PM

Job Description:

  • Working with a team of top international designers to develop our Stellarworks furniture collection and other lifestyle products involving conceptual work and 3D modeling
  • Being in charge of the product development processes: working with the local production team, such as shop drawing, prototype production, and testing
  • Working for contract / custom-made furniture design proposals for luxury hospitality projects (5star hotels, high-end restaurants, etc)

 

Requirement:

  • Furniture Design / Product Design background
  • Professional technical knowledge of furniture is requested
  • Fluent in English
  • Material knowledge
  • Person who would work in our creative factory environment in Jiading (Take our shuttle bus at 0830h from hongqiao, and leave factory at 1800h. 30min driving)

Project Manager

Job Description

  • Familiar with the wood, glass and steel furniture market environment,integration and optimization
  • Familiar with the whole furniture sales process of external trade
  • Maintain the relationship with foreign clients, develop project design solutions and quotations,bookings ,improve client satisfactions,sign sale contracts
  • Expand furniture client resources, participate in furniture exhibitions,develop promotional programs ,maintain sales system, enhance the company's business development
  • Identify the potential clients and develop new clients independently in the furniture field, Communicate well with the internal team and factories
  • Follow purchase orders to ensure the bulk will be finished in time

Responsibilities

  • Diploma degree or above
  • At least 3 years experience in a large factory with quality products and/or large organized trading company & included 3 years experience as Sales Manager
  • Good command of English & Mandarin. Good English speaking is a must
  • Excellent in managing big orders and major clients
  • Rich resources of the furniture market is a plus.
  • Experience with EU and US standards for Sales is a plus
  • Highly organized, Self Motivated, independent, team player,can work under pressure
  • Expert with email, MS-Office, reports, keeping up with documentation
  • Costing experience is a plus, but not required

Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

  • Help Project Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Follow up purchase orders
  • Deal with paper work

Graphic Designer

Job Description:

  • Embracing the brand DNA to produce compelling marketing and pr material true to the brand’s visual language
  • Work closely with Marketing & PR Director to execute visual components of marketing strategy, bridging creativity, aesthetics, and efficiency
  • Propose new ideas and update the look of current material
  • Work closely and proactively with the sales team to provide strategic material
  • Source suppliers and quotes for different collaterals

 

Requirement:

  • Ability to think critically and have exceptional attention to detail
  • An international vision and understanding of aesthetics, having been exposed to global markets
  • High level of skill in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • 3D design skill and video software knowlegde (Final Cut, Premiere, After Effects) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree required in related design discipline
  • Bilingual (Mandarin and English) is preferred
  • 4+ years of industry experience
  • Furniture/Design industry experience is a plus

Events Manager

Job Description:

  • Executing and overseeing all production aspects of multiple type of events including:
    o    New showroom openings
    o    Design shows from dealers participation
    o    Different international events and initiatives undertaken by the brand
    o    Product launches
    o    Global promotional tour of specific collections or products
  • Developing an algorithm and a clear process/system for each type of events cited above
  • Responsible for ensuring events are undertaken in a consistent manner, adhering to the appropriate standards of the brand to ensure full control of the brand image
  • Develop and maintain project documentation (Event Plan, Event schedule and critical path, Event budget, etc)
  • Identify and manage milestones throughout event schedule
  • Resourceful, multi-tasking and will possess the ability to participate in the strategic planning with the team

Hospitality Furniture Designer

Job Description:

  • Working with internationally-acclaimed designers on custom-made furniture for hospitality projects.
  • Developing shop drawings of furniture items based on design intent, project specification, floor plans and renderings, together with knowledge of cost, material, construction, and production processes.
  • Key link between design and production.
  • Fast pace timeline is expected.

 

Requirement:

  • Rich drafting experience on loose furniture for hospitality projects.
  • Familiar with drawing confirmation process with designers, and how it relates to production time frame.
  • Experience in managing drawings of large projects with over 100 items is a plus.
  • Business level English + Basic Mandarin Chinese, or Business level Mandarin Chinese + Basic English
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks; basic Excel and Word usage.
