Product Development Manager

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Conceptualize new product; • Perform and/or coordinate with project team all new product development activities; • Interface with Product Engineer for BOM development and preparation of engineering drawings and documentation to support tooling, manufacturing and ordering; • Work with relevant various departments; • Other tasks assigned by the company.

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree or above with 1-3 years' working experience in furniture industry; • Strong Solid works (Or similar) skills are essential; • Good command of English.

Marketing Manager (DEPARTO)

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Plan and execute all Chinese PR & digital marketing activities, including press coverage in China, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns; • Design, build and maintain brand’s social media presence; • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights; • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies; • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners; • Evaluate emerging technologies; • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate; • Support major events & branding activities; • Other task assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications:

• More than 10-year working experience with minimum 5-year marketing experience with a proven track record, retail/FMCG industry are preferred; • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or graphic design fields; • Deep understanding of Chinese market and its digital world; • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment; • Exceptional strategic thinker and analytical skills; ability to address cross-functional and cross-organizational issues independently; • Strong leadership skills, a good team player and builder – leads by example; • Excellent writing skills in both, English & Chinese (must).

Sales Manager

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Responsible for China market (both online and offline channels). Develop the sales strategy and implement acquisition plans towards sales objectives; • Own company’s assigned sales & profit targets. Be proactive and resourceful in driving sales to secure the achievement of targets; • Build up the long-term partnership with channel distributors to drive Win-Win situation; • Develop a high-performance team and team culture; • Other tasks assigned by the company.

Qualifications:

• Minimal 5-year sales experience (both 2B and 2C), retail/FMCG industry are preferred; • Strong sales competencies with relative customer resources, proven sales record in relative industry; • Strong business acumen and complex problem-solving skills. Results orientated and ability to make timely decisions; • Fluency in both English and Chinese.

HR Manager (Learning &Development)

Responsibilities:

• Set up training various modules (Training regulation, training requirement, trainer management, develop training courses, evaluation of training effectiveness); • Organize and develop various training courses and materials; • Design employee development projects; organize various departments to develop • Arrange various team-building activities for employees; • Other task assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, at least 3-year related work experience. • Solid communication and logical skills. • Open-minded and self-motivated. • Be proficient in English.
