The Louisiana Chair was designed by Vilhelm Wohlert in March 1957 at the request of the museum’s founder, Knud W. Jensen, which is a remarkable piece of furniture designed to complement the architecture.

The latest version of Louisiana Chair from Stellar Works is made of black-lacquered ash with a leather-upholstered seat in a warm gray tone. It is used in Louisiana Café and selectively in the exhibition rooms, and it can be purchased exclusively in the Louisiana Shop.
